Water jet cutting

Contours from sheets without heat input: gaskets, blanks and shaped parts from plastic, rubber and aluminium.

Water jet cutting

The water jet cuts almost any sheet material with high pressure and abrasive – no heat, no distortion, no fused edges. The process suits thick sheets, composites and materials that would outgas or burn under a laser.

Your DXF file becomes the cutting programme directly. Nested on the sheet we use the material well; offcuts stay available for follow-up orders.

Tolerances, maximum dimensions and batch sizes are confirmed with the quotation.

Suitable materials

All plastic sheets of the range, rubber and elastomers, aluminium, PVC foam, laminated paper and laminated fabric.
