In food processing, pharmaceuticals and medical technology, surfaces must be easy to clean and must not release anything into products. Food-grade plastics such as PE 500 and PE 1000 are the standard there: for cutting boards, worktops, scrapers and claddings.
Look for conformity with EU Regulation 10/2011, colour coding to HACCP and resistance to cleaning and disinfecting agents. We deliver food-grade sheets cut to size and advise on the version.
