No. martan.de is a B2B-only shop for companies, public bodies and institutions. Everyone sees the list prices; only verified business accounts can order.

Register with your company details and VAT identification number. We check the VAT ID automatically through the EU system VIES; after a successful check you receive an e-mail and can order.

The EU system VIES is overloaded at times; we repeat the check automatically every ten minutes. If it keeps failing, verify the number with your tax authority or write to us.

Both are shown: the net price applies to the invoice to businesses, the gross price includes the statutory VAT. Cut-to-size prices are calculated from weight and price per kilogram and shown immediately.

Yes: €50 net per order, including the sawing fee, excluding shipping. The cart shows how much is still missing, if anything.

For orders with at least one cut-to-size item we charge €30 net once per order – regardless of the number of cuts.

On the product page choose "Cut to size", enter thickness, length and width – diameter and length for round rods, the diameter for discs – and see the price immediately.

The limits depend on the material and the stock format, for example 2,000 × 1,000 mm for many sheets. The configurator states the allowed range; please enquire for larger parts.

Cut-to-size parts are sawn, not milled. For tight tolerances or finished dimensions order the part as a milled part through our services.

For milled parts from CAD data use the finished-parts configurator or send us the drawing through the contact form.

Shipping is based on the total weight and shown in the cart before you order. Long and heavy parts go by freight forwarder.

Stock items and cut-to-size parts usually leave within a few working days; for machining orders we state the lead time in the quotation.

We deliver to businesses in Germany and, by arrangement, to other EU countries. Ask us before ordering.

Purchase on invoice only, for verified business customers. You receive the invoice with the delivery or by e-mail.

You immediately receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation or with the delivery.

Under "My account" you find all orders with items, amounts and status.

Your data is processed exclusively in German data centres. Details are in the privacy policy.
