Offers by email

If you order from us, Martan GmbH will occasionally send offers to this email address for products from our range that are similar to the ones you ordered. You can object to this use of your email address at any time – here with the box, later with the unsubscribe link in each of these emails or by email to info@martan.de – at no cost other than the transmission costs at basic rates.

By registering you apply for a business account with Martan GmbH, Heilbronn. We process your details to run your account, to check your VAT ID with the EU's VIES system and to handle your orders. The required fields are needed for this; without them we cannot create an account. What else we use your email address for is set out above under “Offers by email”. Details and your rights are in our privacy policy (German only). Orders are subject to our terms and conditions (German only).
