Machining
CNC milling
Milled parts from engineering plastics – from a sheet with a hole pattern to a complex housing from a CAD drawing.

CNC milling
On our CNC milling machines we make parts from sheets and blocks: pockets, holes, threads, contours and 3D shapes. The basis is your drawing or CAD model – we check the data, pick the right material and produce the quantity you need.
Plastics behave differently from metal when machined: thermal expansion, internal stresses and moisture absorption affect the dimension. We allow for that in tool choice, cutting data and fixtures, so the part holds the drawing's tolerance.
Tolerances, maximum dimensions and batch sizes are confirmed with the quotation.
Suitable materials
POM-C, PE-HD and PE 1000, PA 6, PP, rigid PVC, PTFE, PEEK, PVDF, acrylic and polycarbonate; aluminium on request.
