CO₂ laser cutting

Fine contours, hole patterns and engravings from acrylic, polycarbonate and other laser-grade plastics.

CO₂ laser cutting

The CO₂ laser cuts without contact and with a very narrow kerf. Acrylic comes out with crystal-clear, polished edges; lettering and scales are engraved in the same pass.

Not every plastic can be lasered: PVC and some other materials release harmful substances and are cut by water jet or saw instead. We tell you at the enquiry which process suits your material.

Tolerances, maximum dimensions and batch sizes are confirmed with the quotation.

Suitable materials

Acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate, PET-G, PP and PE in thin gauges, laminated paper; not for PVC and PTFE.
