Our trained staff manufacture absolutely precisely on modern processing machines, even complex milled parts from various plastics to your specifications. Do you need drawing parts made from a high-performance plastic such as PTFE (Teflon©)? Then you are in exactly the right place at PTFE24, because our PTFE milled parts and PTFE turned parts meet our customers' highest requirements. Do you have drawings and specifications for us? Perfect! We implement these 1:1 according to your ideas. PTFE (Teflon©) is very temperature-resistant, usable almost anywhere where high temperatures play a major role. It does not matter whether you need PTFE sheets, centreless cylindrical grinding or Teflon rods. Our experts conjure up the perfect custom-made product for every PTFE requirement.

With our state-of-the-art machine park we manufacture simple 3-axis parts, 4-axis parts and highly demanding 5-axis parts for you. For our manufactured milled parts we always adhere to the tolerance values of DIN 2768 mK and do not exceed the maximum surface finish of Ra 1.5.

Our machine park enables us to manufacture formats up to 3600x2200x250 mm, from 0.5 -250 mm sheet thickness as individual and series parts. In addition, our CNC-controlled machining centres allow us to offer PTFE turned parts in one-off and series production.
