Polycarbonate – known in particular under the brand Makrolon® – is one of the most impact-resistant transparent plastics. It combines high impact strength with excellent temperature and weather resistance and is therefore suitable for technical applications, protective glazing, machine guards, architectural elements and many other areas of use.Advantages of Makrolon® / polycarbonate sheets

Makrolon® GP combines high transparency with excellent impact strength. This makes this sheet ideal for protective screens, machine cladding, industrial glazing, enclosures or transparent covers. For outdoor applications, Makrolon® UV is the right choice. The sheet retains its light transmission, strength and rigidity over many years. Makrolon® AR offers the well-known properties of polycarbonate, supplemented by a scratch-resistant coating on both sides. This surface significantly increases abrasion resistance and is particularly suitable for areas with high stress or frequent contact, for example in mechanical and plant engineering or in public spaces.Cut to size
Makrolon® / polycarbonate sheets are available in various thicknesses, colours and surfaces. We produce cut-outs, contours or simple cut pieces precisely to your requirements.
