We manufacture special rings for a wide variety of applications and the most diverse purposes. O-rings, back-up rings, slide rings, wipers etc., bushes (e.g. bearing bushes), seals (pot seals, U-cup seals etc.), balls, bellows and various other seals (piston seals, rod seals, graphite seals) are produced individually to customer requirements.
An O-ring is a high-performance and economical sealing element for a wide variety of different applications. It is usually made from a rubber-elastic material (elastomer) and is suitable for static or dynamic sealing applications. In addition to standard grades such as NBR, FKM, EPDM or VMQ, high-quality special grades such as FFKM or PTFE as well as FEP-coated O-rings are also available for special applications. Especially for the food, pharmaceutical and drinking water sectors, we can fulfil the approvals commonly required in the industry through our own production.
Our materials
- EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber)
- FKM / Viton®
- FKM, FPM (fluororubber)
- NBR (acrylonitrile butadiene rubber)
- PTFE (Teflon®), + various fillers (glass, carbon, bronze, graphite, MOS², ceramic, turquoise, Inox, Peek)
- VMQ, silicone (methyl vinyl silicone rubber)
On behalf of our customers, we manufacture O-rings from rubber and thermoplastic materials, which are used both for the static sealing of stationary systems and in dynamic applications.
We produce O-rings in various thicknesses and diameters in Heilbronn for mechanical engineering companies and numerous other industries. Our experts will be happy to advise you on the selection of materials that meet your needs and requirements for an O-ring.
