CNC machining with CNC machines is ideally suited for prototype production as well as for testing dimensional and fit accuracy. We have precise CNC milling machines with which all required parts are manufactured on time. CNC milling is a manufacturing process in which 3-axis and indexed 5-axis milling processes can be used.

In this way, solid plastic and metal blocks can be turned into finished parts as quickly as possible. The CNC turning process with driven tools enables the machining of parts as well as the production of cylindrical parts from metal bars. All individually manufactured parts are made from a simple plastic or metal block.

Once the block is placed in the CNC milling machine, the block changes very quickly. When the required quantity has been reached and the necessary surface treatment has been carried out, packaging and delivery begin immediately. Some metal parts allow further surface treatments, because traces of the tool are visible on some workpieces.
