Ethylene terephthalate polymer

Ethylene terephthalate polymer, also known as PET, is processed into extruded semi-finished products and serves as an alternative to polyacetal (POM) for precision-engineered components in equipment manufacturing. It offers high dimensional stability, low sliding resistance, as well as high strength and rigidity, although somewhat lower than POM. In addition, PET is very abrasion-resistant.
