Liquid nitrogen
Liquid nitrogen is an extremely cold substance that is produced by liquefying nitrogen at temperatures of around −200 °C. These temperatures are well below the boiling point of nitrogen, which means that it exists in liquid form.
This cryogenic liquid nitrogen is frequently used in various fields, from industrial applications to food processing and medicine.
