How long does production take?
Standard production usually takes 2 to 4 working days from receipt of payment. All cut pieces are produced and loaded individually, so delivery times depend on the order situation and material stock.
When does the delivery time start?
The delivery time starts with receipt of payment or, for commercial customers, with order release. With credit card or PayPal this happens immediately, with advance payment depending on the bank processing time.
Which delivery times apply for freight forwarding?
For large-format or heavy cut pieces, shipping is by freight forwarder. Here the delivery time is on average 4 to 6 working days. In rural areas there may be an additional 1–2 days of transit time.
Is there an express option?
Yes. For particularly urgent cut pieces we offer express production. Please contact us before ordering to clarify availability and surcharge individually.
Can I specify a desired delivery date?
A specific desired delivery date cannot be guaranteed. However, you can specify a desired date with your order, which we will take into account where possible. Alternatively, delivery "not before" or "not after" a certain day is possible.
Will the delivery be notified?
For freight forwarding deliveries, notification is usually made by telephone before delivery. Please ensure that you can be reached on the telephone number provided.
How do I recognise the shipping status?
After dispatch you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number or notification. You can use this to track the delivery online or coordinate directly with the freight forwarder.
