Delivery

We work with DB Schenker, Kühne und Nagel, Rüdinger Spedition GmbH and Deutsche Paket Dienst (DPD). This ensures your orders are delivered quickly and reliably. And if things need to move even faster, we ship by express delivery, direct run or use our own fleet to bring the goods you have ordered to you at speed. Delivery via the express service is charged separately.

Logistics

Thanks to ERP systems developed specifically for us and our needs, we have a highly efficient order processing system that minimises errors and guarantees fast and secure handling. The customer, speed as well as the safety and integrity of the goods are our top priority.

Packaging

Of course, we place great importance on the sheets, rods and plastic cut pieces we ship arriving with you in perfect condition. Proper packaging ensures this on our part. For the packaging of your orders we use extra-strong packaging materials and, as transport protection, we rely on the automatic strapping machine, with which your items are wrapped under tension with a plastic strapping band and welded.

Quality controls

Before the order now goes out to you, we carry out an outgoing goods inspection of the order. These measures ensure the quality and integrity of your order.
