This is how easy it is to order engineering plastics and plastic cut pieces from us online.
As a customer, we want to make the process as simple as possible for you. That is why you do not need an account, a registration or login details to shop in our shop. You can simply add the product you want, in your desired dimensions, to the shopping basket and then enter the delivery and invoice address you want. To do this, simply click on "proceed to checkout" in the shopping basket and, after you have entered your address, on "buy now".
After your binding order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. With this order confirmation, the order is confirmed by us. It contains all the information about the order. Description of the individual items, the dimensions, tolerance details, shipping method, delivery terms, delivery time and payment terms.
You now have one day to check the details. If no reply is received, the order confirmation is deemed accepted.
The order now goes into production for scheduling. As soon as the order is ready for dispatch, the delivery notes (accompanying documents) are created. The goods are then dispatched to the customer by freight forwarder (DB Schenker, Kühne und Nagel or Rüdinger Spedition GmbH), DPD Standard or DPD Express.
Delivery time
The delivery time of the goods you have ordered is usually 2-5 working days. The actual delivery time depends on the availability of the materials.
