Tool temperature

Mould temperature plays a decisive role in the production of high-quality injection-moulded parts. It significantly influences their quality and properties. Precise control of the mould temperature is therefore of great importance.

Particularly in the case of functional elements such as gears and bearing bushes, the mould temperature is a decisive factor for wear resistance and thus for the durability of the end product. Optimum temperature control in the mould makes it possible not only to improve the mechanical properties of the injection-moulded part but also to optimise its dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
