Vertical machine

The vertical injection moulding machine presents itself as an innovative solution developed specifically for various applications such as hybrid technology, assembly injection moulding, insert technology and the overmoulding of inserts with plastic.

In contrast to the horizontal arrangement of the clamping unit in conventional injection moulding machines, the clamping unit in the vertical machine is arranged vertically. This vertical orientation brings with it a series of advantages, above all the rotation of the mould parting plane by 90 degrees.

This enables improved handling of the inserts, as they can be placed in a more easily accessible position. This machine concept significantly improves ergonomics during manual insertion, which not only makes working conditions more pleasant but also increases efficiency in the automatic and manual feeding of materials.
