  • Thermography

Thermography is an advanced technique that makes it possible to visualise the surface temperature of objects. This method is based on the capture and evaluation of the infrared radiation emitted by the various tempered areas of an object.

Imagine that every element, whether a building, a machine or a human body, has a unique thermal signature defined by its surface temperature. Thermography captures these temperature differences and converts them into a visual image that is displayed using false colours.

This allows us to recognise at a glance which areas of an object are warmer or colder than others. This technique is used in various fields, from industrial inspection through to medical diagnostics, and makes it possible to uncover hidden problems that would not be visible to the naked eye.
