Screen printing

Screen printing, a stencil printing process, has established itself alongside pad printing as one of the leading techniques for printing on plastic parts. In this process, a printing forme is used that consists of a sturdy aluminium frame covered with a special fabric.

A stencil is created on this fabric, consisting of impermeable and permeable areas in accordance with the desired print motif. This stencil makes it possible to transfer ink onto the material exactly where it is needed, while it is blocked at other points.
