Scratch embossing
In the scribe marking of plastics, a carbide needle is pressed pneumatically into the surface, whereby the lettering of the individual characters is traced with a precise movement. This process produces a line marking in which the surface of the plastic receives a permanent mark.
The needle is guided over the surface with controlled pressure so that the desired characters or patterns are marked with high accuracy and clarity. This process requires precision and technique in order to achieve a high-quality result that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
