IMA
IMA stands for "In Mould Assembling", which means "assembly in the moulding process" in German. This innovative technique, also known as hybrid technology, revolutionises the way products are manufactured. IMA allows different components or materials to be joined together directly during the moulding process, resulting in seamless integration and improved end-product quality.
The use of IMA enables greater efficiency in production, as separate assembly steps are eliminated and thus time and costs can be saved. In addition, this technique offers greater design freedom, as complex shapes and structures can be implemented more easily. The direct joining of different materials also makes it possible to create composite materials that offer optimum properties for specific applications.
