Carbon black
Carbon black, a widely used black pigment, is found in printing inks, Indian ink, paints, cosmetics, tattoo inks and plastics. Although black is not actually a colour, the term "Farbruß" has become established in German-speaking countries. In English it is appropriately called "carbon black".
